Who We Are

Gracious Givers for the Right Cause ( GGRC) is a non governmental organization founded in 2024 dedicated to raising awareness and providing support for individuals affected by hydrocephalus and other related rare diseases and their families. The Organization has its offices in Kabuhunde I Village, Kagugu Cell, Kinyinya sector, Gasabo District.

Our Story

GGRC was born from a personal journey. Our founder’s experience caring for her daughter, diagnosed with hydrocephalus at 6 months old, inspired her to create a community that provides understanding, resources, and support for families facing similar challenges.

Our Mission

At GGRC, we aim to foster a supportive community, understand the unique needs of affected individuals and families, and work towards greater awareness and resources for hydrocephalus and related conditions.

First Awareness Campaign

On October 12, 2024, GGRC held its inaugural awareness campaign, bringing together 18 individuals living with hydrocephalus and spina bifida along with their families. This campaign focused on public education, addressing stigma, and advocating for better resources.
